KETO Peppermint Mocha

Peppermint Mocha - YUM!! Better than anywhere you can buy and without the pounds of sugar and syrups!! Enjoy while decorating your Christmas Tree or making memories with your family! :)

Ingredients:

DRY MIX-

(mix and take out 3 Tbsp to add to Wet Ingredients Below OR make a full batch and add more water/milk, vanilla, and Peppermint Essential Oil!)

1/2 Cup Cacao Powder (Get it HERE)

1/2 Cup Monk Fruit (Get it HERE) (can use coconut sugar for non-Keto. Get it HERE)

1/4 - 1/2 Cup Lily's Chocolate Chips (Get it HERE) (amount depends on desired richness)

1-2 Scoops of Collagen (Get it HERE) (optional)

4-6 pinches of Sea Salt (Get it HERE)

WET INGREDIENTS- 1/8 Tsp Vanilla Extract (Get it HERE)

8 oz. water, raw milk, almond milk, or other milk alternative

Dip a toothpick in Food Grade Peppermint Essential Oil - We love Young Living! (to get yours, contact us HERE)

Heat water or milk/milk alternative on medium heat. Dip toothpick with Peppermint Essential Oil in water/milk to add it to your liquid. Add 3 Tbsp of Dry Mix (or more or less depending on desired richness) along with vanilla extract. Mix until heated. Optional: froth with a milk frother (Get it HERE) for extra foaminess! Serve in a mug and ENJOY!! Makes one individual serving. For more servings, multiply recipe.
